| The house can be booked for a minimum of 7 nights and the day of arrival and departure is usually saturday. Of course the arrival or departure is, after agreement, also possible on friday or sunday.
For the months of april, may, september and october shorter stays are also possible. The house is designed for 6 + 2 people (2 on a folding guestbed). The price is determined by the number of nights and regardless of the number of people staying. Check in: after 14.00 Uhr Check out: until 10.00 Uhr House-safe: The keys to the house are in the house safe near the entrance. Our guest will receive the code to the safe via email. Therefore an invidual arrival and departure (also during the night) is possible. The check-in and check-out times are important for our room cleaning service and must be followed. All prices incluce local tax. Advance payment: A reservation are considered valid after the advance payment of 25% is received. Up to 50% of the advance payment can be reimbursed if the reserveration is canceled at least 31 days before arrival. On later cancelations we can not offer reimbursement. Payment: The rest of the amout is to be paid at the latest 7 days before arrival. The house can either be booked directly (bank account information will be communicated via email) or via AIR B`n`B. Using the AIR B`n`B system the whole payment is paid in advance by the guest but not tranfered to the owner until the second day of your stay, as a safety for the customer. For the procedure AIR B`n`B charges 3% of the total amout from both guest and owner (included in the payment). |
